Invite-only beta

The school day, gathered in one calm place.

ParentCue reads school email from senders you approve, turns long notices into clear updates, and shows you what needs attention.

Read-only Gmail access. You choose the senders.

How it works

From a long email to the thing you need to do.

Four steps, and you can stop at any point. ParentCue only reads the senders you approve.

  1. Connect school email

Choose the Gmail account that receives school notices. ParentCue asks for read-only access.

  2. Approve your senders

Start with your school domain. Only email from senders you approve is read.

  3. Review what we found

Dates, forms, payments and events arrive as clear updates. Correct anything that looks wrong.

  4. Get on with your day

See what needs you today, what is coming up, and the original email behind every update.

Built for trust

Your school email stays yours.

Read-only access

ParentCue never sends, deletes or modifies email in your account.

Every update links back

Open the original message whenever you want to check the source yourself.

You stay in control

Approve senders, disconnect Gmail, or delete imported data at any time.

Questions

A few things parents ask.

How do I get access?

ParentCue is currently invite-only. Use the invitation link from your school or the person who invited you to create an account.

Which email does ParentCue read?

Only messages and attachments from senders you explicitly approve. You can approve a whole school domain or individual teacher addresses.

Does ParentCue send email for me?

No. Access is read-only. ParentCue cannot send, delete or modify anything in your mailbox.

What happens if an update is wrong?

Every update shows its source and can be corrected. Your correction is kept with the item so the same mistake is less likely to repeat.

Can I remove my data?

Yes. You can disconnect Gmail and delete imported data from settings. Disconnecting stops new email from being processed.
